Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to support the development and delivery of a new application, part of a broader intelligence initiative. This individual will play a critical role in driving execution across a cross-functional pod, partnering closely with product, design, and offshore engineering teams.
This is a 50/50 role—split between hands-on development (coding/debugging) and technical leadership (architecture, guidance, and delivery oversight).
The ideal candidate is a high-performing senior engineer profile—someone who leads by example, contributes directly to the codebase, and drives team execution.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Technical Lead for the Intelligence platform
Contribute hands-on to development (~50%) including coding, debugging, and implementing backend and frontend solutions
Provide technical leadership (~50%), including:
Architecture design and technical decision-making
Task allocation and delivery oversight
Mentoring developers across U.S. and offshore teams
Partner closely with:
Product leadership (new PM onboarding)
UI/UX and QA resources within the pod
Offshore engineering teams
Drive execution and ensure timely delivery across the full development lifecycle
Work heavily in backend systems to ingest AI-generated data and surface it through front-end applications
Leverage and align with existing design elements and previously built intelligence platforms
Ensure alignment and quality across distributed teams

Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer
Full-stack development experience in Azure environments
Backend: .NET / C#
Frontend: Angular (version 16+)
Cloud architecture experience (Azure preferred)
Proven ability to:
Write production-quality code and debug complex issues
Lead development teams while actively contributing
Experience working in distributed/onshore-offshore team models
Strong backend focus, including:
Data integration and API development
Processing and handling external data sources (e.g., AI-generated data)
Ability to drive delivery and execution in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working on intelligence or analytics platforms
Exposure to or experience with AI/ML-driven data pipelines
Familiarity with reusable design systems or platform reuse strategies
Experience supporting product-led development environments
Experience working closely with UI/UX and QA pods
Background collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (product, marketing, engineering)
