Job Description
We are supporting a large healthcare client on a multi‑year new construction project in the St. Paul / Minneapolis area and are seeking experienced construction professionals to join the team. These roles will play a key part in overseeing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) trades throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Ideal candidates will have experience with electrical and/or mechanical systems, understand how these systems flow through a building, and be comfortable working in a complex, regulated healthcare environment. *Will not complete the work itself - will oversee the trades who complete the work*

Required Skills & Experience
-Oversee daily onsite activities of electrical and mechanical subcontractors
-Coordinate sequencing and installation of MEP systems throughout the building
-Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and per project plans
-Serve as the primary point of contact for field coordination and issue resolution
-Support inspections, quality control, and compliance requirements
-Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to the project management team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-BAS or HVAC controls project oversight experience
