PMO Project Manager/Lead

Insight Global is seeking an experienced, versatile PMO Portfolio Manager/Sr Project Manager local to Minneapolis, MN, willing to work in a hybrid model 2-3x a week onsite at either Maple Grove or Arden Hills. In this role, you will engage regularly with Leadership teams across their greater Commercial IT team. Key responsibilities include driving and managing PMO best practices, financial management, and program/project management activities. Sometimes, the role may require you to fluctuate in responsibilities and fill team gaps. The ideal candidate will have a go-getter mentality, thrive in ambiguity, be willing to learn, and be confident in their ability to drive progress. Rather than directly managing projects, you will be responsible for owning and assisting with PMO best practices and operations. This opportunity can pay between $65-76/hr based on years of experience.

*Bachelor's degree

*Local to Minneapolis, MN and willing to work onsite in a hybrid model 2-3x a week

*10+ years of experience as Portfolio Manager, Program Manager, or Project Manager in a large, matrixed organization

*Strong financial experience and acumen

*Strong communication skills, eager, and comfortable engaging with IT and business leaders

*Exceptional organizational and planning skills

*Effective collaboration with senior leadership and cross functional teams

*PMP or equivalent certification

*Vendor selection and management experience

*Knowledgeable in SmartSheets
