Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to help scale and productionize an AI-driven solution that ingests, analyzes, and structures large volumes of unstructured commercial contracts. This role will focus on taking an existing proof of concept (POC) and evolving it into a secure, enterprise-grade, production system that integrates with a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
The ideal candidate brings strong LLM and agentic AI experience, works comfortably in Databricks, and has prior exposure to legal or contract-based domains. You will work closely with business, legal, and platform teams and play a key role in ensuring long-term maintainability and successful handoff to support teams. Your responsibilities will include:
-Productionize an existing AI-based contract ingestion POC into a scalable enterprise solution
-Design and implement agentic AI workflows to:

--Identify contract types
--Extract and normalize contract metadata
--Validate signatures, parties, and effective dates

-Build logic to process contracts at scale (batch ingestion vs. single-file uploads)
-Map extracted metadata to an evolving enterprise taxonomy
-Integrate contract outputs into a downstream Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
-Work within secure environments accessing sensitive commercial contract data
-Collaborate with legal, business, and technical stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance
-Improve reliability, monitoring, and supportability of AI workflows
-Support knowledge transfer and handoff to long-term support teams
-Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for agentic AI solutions
