Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Workday Analyst II – PATT to support our HVAC clients HR Technology team following a recent Workday implementation. This role will act as a key contributor across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PATT), focusing on system stabilization, ongoing maintenance, and enhancement work.
This is a highly hands-on role requiring a blend of Workday configuration expertise and functional analysis. The analyst will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to resolve issues, build scalable solutions, and optimize system performance in a post-implementation environment.
The role is critical as the organization transitions out of implementation and into a stabilization and optimization phase, supporting complex payroll structures including union configurations. Salary range: $90,000-$153,300 based on skills and experiences.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of overall experience
5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in:
Payroll
Absence
Time Tracking (PATT)
Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll processes
Configuration (required)
Functional analysis
Work through ambiguous requirements
Design and configure solutions independently
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with union configuration
Manufacturing industry experience
Maintenance/support environments
Post-implementation stabilization phases
