An employer is looking for a Program Support Consultant for one of our top Utility companies. The TPMO Program Manager to serve as a primary execution partner for Program Leader Engagement within the Transformation PMO. This role will focus heavily on facilitating, supporting, and enabling program leaders across transformational initiatives. Ensuring leaders are aligned, informed, and equipped to engage effectively with the business.
This role is intentionally leader‑facing and will act as the connective tissue between programs, TPMO leadership, and the broader organization. While TPMO leadership will retain strategic ownership and facilitation authority, this role will own preparation, coordination, insights, and follow‑through to ensure engagement activities are effective and sustainable in steady state. This role requires comfort operating at the intersection of data, storytelling, and leadership engagement, helping program leaders turn complexity into clarity!
Program Leader Engagement & Enablement
- Facilitate and support cross‑program leader forums, including:
Quarterly program summits
Monthly leadership meetings
TPMO team meetings
- Partner closely with program leaders to ensure they are:
Prepared for leader‑level discussions
Aligned on messaging, priorities, and expectations
Equipped to take initiatives back into their respective business areas
Data‑Driven Storytelling & Insights
- Develop and support data‑driven storytelling for program leaders, including:
Cross‑program insights and themes
Leadership‑ready summaries and talking points
Program‑level perspectives that help leaders communicate impact and progress
- Support cross‑program stakeholder mapping, including:
Identifying key stakeholders and touchpoints
Helping leaders understand dependencies and engagement paths across programs

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience within a Program Coordination role, Change Management role, or Program Manager role
- Experience supporting PMO / Transformation PMO or enterprise‑scale transformational programs
- Demonstrated experience working directly with program leaders or senior stakeholders
- Strong facilitation, coordination, and execution skills
- Ability to synthesize complex program information into clear, leadership‑ready insights
- Expert at Excel
- Proven expertise in organizational change management, program coordination or transformation delivery within large, complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to support enterprise-level initiatives involving significant behavioral, process, or system changes, with a strong capability to align people, processes, and technology impacts.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with confidence engaging diverse audiences across the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in stakeholder engagement and communication planning, including experience collaborating with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and varied business units.
- Passion for creating and sustaining a positive culture.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Proven experience mapping cross‑program stakeholders, including identifying key leaders, partners, and decision‑makers
- Demonstrated application of change methodologies in complex transformation settings.
