Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Oracle ERP Developer hybrid onsite in San Jose, Costa Rica. This role focuses on the design, development, and implementation of scalable Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12) solutions and requires close collaboration with business users and functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

-8+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS development experience (Oracle R12 – implementation and support).
Strong expertise in the Oracle development toolset, including:
PL/SQL
Oracle Reports
XML Publisher (BI Publisher)
Workflow
Oracle Applications Framework (OAF)
Concurrent Programs

-Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
-Proficiency with XML and JSON message formats and scripting languages.
-Strong systems analysis experience, including gathering, interpreting, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
-Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex technical issues.
-Experience with version control systems and code deployment processes.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Techno-functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules related to:

Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Procurement
Manufacturing


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
