Job Description
We are seeking a senior IT Financial Analyst to operate as an embedded member of the IT Business Operations team, supporting day‑to‑day IT and cybersecurity financial execution. This role sits at the intersection of FP&A and IT operations, providing accurate, timely, and repeatable financial insight to IT leaders.
The analyst will work closely with the IT Business Operations Manager and IT service leaders, owning forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and vendor‑related financial support in a complex, vendor‑heavy IT environment.
-Support monthly forecasting, accruals, annual budgets, and long‑range plans
-Prepare recurring IT financial reporting, including: Actuals vs forecast vs budget, Variance analysis and trend insights
-Collect, validate, reconcile, and maintain financial data from multiple sources
-Ensure data quality across cost centers, vendors, accounts, and assumptions
-Partner with IT leaders, procurement, and accounting on financial inputs
-Help resolve vendor invoicing issues and spend discrepancies
-Deliver financial information in a repeatable, consumable format
-Contribute to building a new IT cost allocation model, mapping services to business consumption
-Communicate proactively via meetings and tools like Microsoft Teams

Required Skills & Experience
-5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or IT finance
-Strong working knowledge of: Accruals, reclasses, prepaids, amortization, Monthly close and forecast cycles
-Demonstrated experience supporting IT organizations, including spend across: Employees, Contingent labor, Professional services, Software and hardware vendors
-Advanced Excel skills (models, pivots, repeatable reporting templates)
-PowerPoint experience for executive‑level financial summaries
-Ability to contribute immediately with minimal training
-Strong communication skills and comfort working cross‑functionally
-Experience working offshore/nearshore with consistent U.S. business hour overlap
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Prior experience with SAP
-Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools
-Experience building or supporting cost allocation or chargeback models
-Background in: Cybersecurity, infrastructure, or regulated IT environments, Large enterprise / Fortune 500 organizations
-Experience improving process efficiency and reporting repeatability
