Job Description
Insight Global is looking for two FedRAMP Contingency Planning Leads to join a large HCM client on a 3 month contract remotely in the US. The successful candidates will be responsible for assessing the current state of contingency planning compliance and lead efforts to achieve and sustain FedRAMP Moderate authorization for a cloud-based software platform. This role will partner closely with internal technical and security SMEs to evaluate gaps, develop compliant recovery documentation, and drive remediation and testing activities. Previous experience working within disaster recovery and FedRAMP programs is essential to succeed in this role.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experience working within Disaster Recovery and FedRAMP Programs
- Demonstrated experience with FedRAMP, including contingency planning controls at the Moderate baseline or higher
- Strong understanding of NIST SP 800-53 and FedRAMP authorization processes
- Experience assessing compliance gaps and leading remediation efforts
- Proven ability to develop audit-ready technical and operational documentation
- Experience working with cloud/SaaS architectures and cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail with a focus on compliance and audit readiness
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Previous experience guiding organizations through FedRAMP moderate compliance set-ups
