Enterprise Project Manager

Our client, a global leader in Revenue Management systems for the hospitality industry is looking for a Enterprise Project Manager leads multiple product rollouts simultaneously, owning each client engagement from intake through go-live. This project manager will need to define project scope, build and manage delivery plans, and coordinate cross‑functional internal teams—including product implementation, and Learning & Development—while ensuring users are enrolled in and progressing through required training. The role involves running regular standing calls with both clients and internal project teams, tracking milestones and dependencies in Smartsheet, and driving internal working targets focused on intake-to-live timelines. Working with a largely integrated client base (60–70%), the PM manages 15–20 active projects at various phases. Having a background in managing international client relationship is important as their client's headquartered in France. Being able to work flexible hours is also an expectation for the role. Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Computer Science or related field.
5+ years in a project management role.
Working knowledge of project management tools with a preference on Smart sheets.
Experience owning multiple project successfully
Direct experience managing software‑as‑a‑service product rollouts, implementations, or client onboarding initiatives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment
Background in hospitality, property management systems, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred due to client and product complexity.
