Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Launch Project Manager to join one of our clients out of Warren, MI. This Project Manager is the single point of contact responsible and accountable for deploying all IT systems required to launch a new product. We are looking for someone with a strong background in plant floor system and network integration, manufacturing operations, material and quality processes and systems, tooling and manufacturing processes for Vehicle, Global Propulsion Systems (battery, engine, transmission) and/or Stamping. The Launch Project Manager. The Manufacturing Launch Project Manager manages the scope of the program, manufacturing IT deliverables, resources, ensures effective communications are in place and assures that client objectives are realized. We are looking for someone who is comfortable and has past experience on a plant floor. This role requires one to travel up to 80% to local manufacturing plants and occasionally neighboring states such as Ohio and Indiana.
Compensation:
$40/hr to $75/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

- Ability/willingness to travel 80% of the time to various plant locations within MI and neighboring states
