Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in the Metro Detroit Area. This Manufacturing Engineer is going to be responsible for performing about 25% of activities on the project that they are on -- with more responsibility being taken on as they grow in the role. They will work heavily with a lead engineer to learn more throughout the position. They will start in the launch phase of the program to get hands on experience on the project and see the importance of the full process of the project. The engineer will be working with a variety of different personnel and skilled trades workers and integrating with them daily! Throughout the entire project they will gain experience meeting with suppliers, going onsite to integrate projects with the suppliers, and working to get the product launched.
Compensation:
$30/hr to $32/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- 0-3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing
- Experience with laser and welding
