Job Description

We are seeking a SharePoint Administrator / Power Apps Developer to support a large-scale initiative focused on digitizing paper-based quality processes across 60+ departments. This role will play a critical part in transforming manual workflows into scalable digital solutions by building applications, enabling real-time data capture, and developing reporting dashboards to drive data visibility and operational improvements. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with a strong focus on Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint), ideal for a creative and adaptable individual early in their career.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Process Digitization (75%)
• Transform paper-based quality inspection processes into digital workflows using Power Apps
• Design and build user-friendly applications for capturing inspection and measurement data via tablets or mobile devices
• Create structured data capture tools including:
o Dropdown fields
o Input forms
o Standardized data entry workflows
• Integrate applications with SharePoint for centralized data storage and management
• Ensure data is captured accurately and consistently across multiple departments
Data Reporting & Visualization
• Develop Power BI dashboards to visualize quality data trends and performance
• Build reports that track:
o Inspection results
o Process performance
o Quality trends over time
• Enable stakeholders to easily analyze and act on real-time operational data
Process Improvement & Innovation (25%)
• Support broader innovation initiatives, including potential work with advanced technologies (e.g., camera systems or specialized equipment)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and identify new digitization opportunities
Training & Adoption
• Train end users on newly developed applications and tools
• Provide support to ensure successful adoption of digital processes across departments
• Document workflows and best practices for ongoing use

Compensation:
$40/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Required Skills & Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in:
o SharePoint administration or development
o Power Apps or Power Platform tools
• Experience or exposure to:
o Building applications using Power Apps
o Creating dashboards in Power BI
o Working with data collection, reporting, or automation tools
• Bachelor’s degree in:
o Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience digitizing manual or paper-based processes
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting best practices
• Exposure to manufacturing, quality, or operations environments
• Basic understanding of database structure and data management
