Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Engineering Specialist for a large OEM. This role is based out of Dearborn and Livonia Michigan. The role will consist of traveling to the dedicated plant for 1 week to walk the plant and understand what assets are in the plant. They will spend time going into the systems to locate drawings and then scanning them to make sure what is in the system matches what is in the plant. They will work hand and hand with many plant teams ( electricians, engineer or production) to track assets in the plant. If a second week of travel is needed to go back to the dedicated plant then there could be a 2nd week. After the data is gathered this person will go back to Dearborn Michigan to finish up the plant.

Responsibilities:
• Correcting and updating missing BT# and drawing information
• Inputting missing assets into OneSpot
• Correcting and/or updating assets in OneSpot, as needed
• Touchup / Verify (includes drawings, OneSpot, CHAMP, etc)
• Assisting with getting drawings in /updated in Vault
• Status meetings with GVPE team and PTME team

Compensation:
$30/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
