Job Description
This role leads mechanical engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring technical performance, schedule, and cost objectives are achieved. The engineer works closely with customers and cross functional teams to define requirements, develop project plans, review designs, and provide regular status updates. Responsibilities include overseeing technical deliverables, managing risks and changes, supporting verification and testing activities, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. The role also provides technical leadership, continuous improvement support, and mentorship to junior engineers while serving as a subject matter expert on complex engineering initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical discipline required.
Extensive experience in Electromagnetic Motor Design is required.
Working knowledge of solid model CAD, FEA, and simulation software is preferred. Must possess knowledge of DFM/DFA principles.
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through ten or more years of related experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of engineering theories, including Mechanical, Electronic, packaging, and/or optics or related engineering theories, principles, industry practices, concepts, techniques, regulations, and policies.
Ability to apply and integrate knowledge of other related engineering areas or experts to own area of expertise.
Comprehensive knowledge of; and ability to lead and implement, continuous improvement principles and techniques.
