Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to build and maintain the data pipelines and integrations that power enterprise analytics and client-facing solutions at OneMagnify.
This is a craft-focused role where the quality of your work directly impacts analytics, AI products, and the insights clients rely on to make business decisions. The ideal candidate enjoys building reliable data infrastructure, understands how data moves across complex enterprise environments, and collaborates closely with architects, analysts, and data scientists to ensure data is clean, trustworthy, and scalable.
This is a great fit for a senior-level Data Engineer who values strong fundamentals, cares deeply about data quality, and wants to work on high-impact client data environments.Compensation:
$56hr to $62/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering development or implementation
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark)
• Experience with AWS data services such as Glue, Redshift, S3, Lambda, or Step Functions
• Familiarity with APIs and enterprise system integrations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with Databricks MLflow or Feature Store supporting AI/ML pipelines
• Familiarity with marketing data ecosystems, including CRM platforms, CDPs, or Martech/Adtech data flows
• Exposure to data observability or governance tooling such as lineage tracking, cataloging, or pipeline monitoring
• Experience working in a digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environment with multiple concurrent client data environments
• Working knowledge of streaming data pipelines or event-driven architectures such as Kafka or Kinesis
