Insight Globals client is looking for a Digital Innovation Specialist to join one of our clients in Ann Arbor, MI. The candidate in this position is going to be responsible for leading digital innovation initiatives to improve business operations.
Additional responsibilities would include:
Lead Digital Innovation - Drive the digital innovation strategy and initiatives to modernize and optimize corporate operations.
Understand Business Needs - Collaborate with department heads, managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
Develop Digital Solutions - Design and implement digital solutions using a variety of technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, to address business needs and improve efficiency.
Process Optimization - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, leveraging digital technologies.
Technology Integration - Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance business operations and drive innovation.
Training and Support - Provide training and support to corporate personnel on new digital tools and technologies, particularly within the Microsoft 365 suite.
Documentation - Maintain comprehensive documentation of developed solutions, including user guides and technical specifications.
Stay Updated - Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in digital innovation, corporate processes, and various technologies.

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
3 years of experience in digital innovation projects
Experience working in the automotive industry
Microsoft 365 experience
Very strong communication skills
