Job Description
The IT Conversion Scheduling Coordinator supports Pulse server replacement efforts by intake, prioritization, scheduling, and coordination of store server conversions. This role acts as the primary point of coordination between internal IT teams, hardware staging, and franchise contacts to ensure conversions are scheduled accurately, documented correctly, and aligned to operational priorities.
This is a coordination and scheduling role only; no hands on server staging or installation is performed.
• Monitor and triage Pulse server conversion requests (urgent and standard)
• Prioritize scheduling based on documented urgency rules and request age
• Contact stores within 24 business hours of receiving conversion requests
• Review store readiness details (IP type, Pulse version, time zone, network status)
• Assess risk and urgency using existing GlobalCare tickets and system status
• Identify and manage conflicting appointments (e.g., network upgrades)
• Schedule conversions and confirm dates with store and franchise contacts
• Obtain documented approvals for expedited shipping
• Maintain accurate updates in ServiceNow, Jira, and calendars
• Document all outreach, decisions, and changes clearly and consistently
$18/hr - $21/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Required Skills & Experience
-Experience in IT operations coordination, scheduling, or support environments
-Strong communication skills with technical and non technical contacts
-Comfortable working in ticketing and tracking systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
-Ability to follow prioritization rules and documented procedures
-High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
