Job Description
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the department's productivity and quality goals are met. As a leader in integrity and quality, the Manufacturing Associate I is part of a cohesive team manufacturing high-quality products. This diverse and exciting role cross trains in different value streams based on the changing needs of the business. You will interact fluidly with peers, supervisors and cross-functionally work with Quality Control, Logistics, and Process Engineers. At Parker, you will cultivate a strong culture by participating in High Performance Teams and operating in a LEAN environment. In this position, you will work from 6:00AM-2:30PM.
Pay Range: $19/hr to $31/hr

Required Skills & Experience
GED or High School Diploma required.
0-1+ years of manufacturing experience required.
Good manual dexterity and hand to eye coordination a plus.
Ability to read work orders and blueprints a plus.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team to meet time sensitive deadlines.
Ability to perform basic math, reading, writing such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and use of computers with Microsoft Office.
Ability to read, write, and understand basic English required.
Ability to stand for long durations up to 8 hours, and lift and or move up to 40 lbs.
Comfortable working daily around hazardous chemicals.
