Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Material Picker who will be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of medical devices within a regulated warehouse environment. This role supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring materials are properly handled, tracked within systems, and prepared for outbound shipment, while strictly adhering to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Contract/Contract-to-Hire Roles:
Compensation: $18/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience
OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and walking
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures with strict attention to detail
Basic computer skills and ability to use RF scanning devices
Understanding of warehouse safety practices
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
Ability to successfully complete required medical surveillance during onboarding

Preferred Skills & Experience
Prior Material Handling Equipment (MHE) experience (electric pallet jacks, etc.)
(Note: In‑house training is provided for candidates without MHE experience)
Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
Familiarity with lean principles and inventory control processes
Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Strong attention to accuracy and compliance in a regulated environment
