Job Description

The Labeling Designer is responsible for creating, maintaining, and reviewing product labeling that meets business needs, packaging requirements, and applicable industry regulations. This role partners closely with labeling project leads and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely label execution.

Required Skills & Experience

· Design labels for finished good product that meet business needs and industry regulations

· Design labels for finished good product that meet packaging requirements

· Create and maintain label records in the Labeling Database System

· Create and proof /inspect label templates using Loftware, enLabel, or another designated tool

· Proof/inspect labels created by other designers to ensure they meet label requests and industry regulations

· Partner with labeling project leads to ensure appropriate requirements are provided for label execution

· Provide updates on timing to the labeling project lead

· Align label content with Instruction for Use (IFU) content

· Identify opportunities to improve/enhance labeling processes

· Additional project related activities may be assigned as required.
