Job Description

As a Jr Lab Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our laboratory processes and deliverables. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Test Engineers, Material Scientists, and R&D Engineers, to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement. This position is based in either Raynham, MA, or Warsaw, IN.

Responsibilities
Processing Non-Conformances: You'll be responsible for identifying and addressing non-conformances within our processes, ensuring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented effectively.
Quality Review and Approval: Review and approve deliverables related to test methods, test method validations, instrument qualifications, and software validations.
Knowledge and Compliance: Stay informed about current ASTM/ISO test standards, regulatory guidelines, and ISO 17025 accreditation.
Collaboration: Work closely with other Quality Engineers, Quality Systems, and various functions to complete assigned activities.
Global Support: Assist our Worldwide test lab and support locations across the US and Europe.

Required Skills & Experience

1 to 2 years of experience in quality engineering
Familiarity with medical devices or regulated industries
Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ETQ) and software validation.
Experience with CAPA and Nonconformance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

A bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant technical field is preferred.
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
Windchill Experience
Experience with Validation- Software validation, Spreadsheet Validation & Computer system validation
