Job Description

• Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems.
• Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years experience in a network support role. Associate’s degree in a related field. Additional work experience may be substituted for degree requirements. Must be Security+ CE certified. Hands-on experience with physical network infrastructure (switches, routers). Experience with network implementation and maintenance. Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches. Able to maintain current knowledge and skills through in-services, workshops, and/or seminars. Demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to variable workload and job duties. Able to interact professionally with all levels of an organization.
