Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a hands-on WMS Technical Owner to join our client and serve as the technical counterpart to their existing process owner on the Infor WMS platform. This is a deeply technical, implementation-focused role for someone who has lived inside warehouse management systems — not just managed projects around them. The ideal candidate has launched Greenfield warehouse environments, understands WMS configuration and integration at a granular level, and can serve as the internal technical authority who drives platform stability, resolves systemic issues, and ensures their WMS infrastructure is built to scale. This person will work closely with the PM and process owner to form a three-person WMS leadership core, and will be expected to bring structure, technical depth, and long-term ownership mentality to a platform that is central to our client's operations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Deep, hands-on WMS technical expertise — must have worked inside the system at a configuration and integration level, not just managed around it
- Greenfield warehouse implementation experience (from scratch)
- Multi-platform WMS knowledge — experience across more than one WMS platform strongly preferred (High Jump, Manhattan, SDM4, Infor, or comparable enterprise systems)
- Technical ownership mentality — must be able to identify where the platform is misconfigured or misaligned and drive permanent fixes, not just workarounds
- Cross-functional collaboration — ability to work alongside a process owner, PM, and business stakeholders in a fast-moving operations environment
- Supply chain domain expertise — 10+ years preferred; must understand warehouse operations end-to-end (receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, inventory, DIMS/weights/billing)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Direct Infor WMS experience (preferred but not required given Divya's multi-platform background)
- Experience with homegrown or custom WMS environments (demonstrates adaptability)
- Greenfield implementation experience in food service, distribution, or industrial supply verticals
- Comfort with travel and on-site presence during go-live phases
