Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Logistics Sustainment Analyst to support logistics, sustainment, and data management efforts for a DoD client. This individual will analyze maintenance and supply chain data, identify risks and trends, improve sustainment processes, and provide recommendations to leadership to enhance system readiness across complex systems and systems of systems.

Required Skills & Experience

Senior-level logistics, sustainment, product support, or ILS experience
5+ years supporting DoD sustainment and operations activities
Experience analyzing maintenance, readiness, or supply chain data
Strong database and data analysis skills
Experience applying analytical methods and techniques to solve sustainment challenges
Experience with DoD acquisition and sustainment processes
Strong oral and written communication skills, including briefing senior leadership
Understanding of sustainment across the full product support lifecycle, not solely engineering or manufacturing functions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

LCSP or Product Support Business Case Analysis (PS-BCA) experience
Weapon system sustainment experience
Knowledge of DoD 5000 processes
Digital engineering or data governance experience
Forecasting, predictive analytics, or data mining experience
Familiarity with Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements and system-of-systems sustainment planning
