Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our Device Monitoring Project team. This role focuses on the design, development, and implementation of high-performance electronic systems, with a strong emphasis on PCB design, microcontroller integration, and product realization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and layout complex multilayer PCBs for microcontroller-based systems.
- Develop high-frequency (up to 500 MHz) and high-voltage (up to 5000 V) circuit designs.
- Integrate STM32 microcontrollers into custom hardware solutions.
- Lead the physical and mechanical design of circuit boards, including enclosure integration and mechanical standoffs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition designs from concept to production.
- Utilize Autodesk Fusion or equivalent EDA tools for schematic capture and PCB layout.
- Communicate technical progress, challenges, and solutions effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in:
- PCB design and layout for microcontrollers.
- High-speed and high-voltage circuit design.
- STM32 microcontroller integration.
- Physical and mechanical design of electronic assemblies.
- Full product lifecycle implementation from design to production.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Fusion or similar EDA software.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Microchip PIC32 microcontroller family.
- Hands-on knowledge of LoRa wireless communication technology.
- Proficiency in embedded C programming for microcontrollers.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling for enclosure design and integration.
