Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Staff RF Test Engineer to join a leading semiconductor client in Chelmsford, MA. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing test solutions for highly integrated Silicon mm-wave RFICs, evaluating, optimizing and debugging first silicon. This individual will be characterizing products to developing datasheet specifications, developing production test solutions and managing the tester transfer process to high volume sites including tester MSA and GRR studies. You will also support the development of customer facing collateral for product operation and participate in cross functional teams to support design reviews, test coverage, 8D and customer issues.

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelors or Master's in electrical engineering or related field

- 6-8 years of relevant experience in RF Test Engineering

· In-depth understanding of RF network analyzers, including calibration methodologies, calset manipulation and advanced measurements

· Experience in RF measurements from X-band through W-band products at the IC or device level

· Strong Python programming abilities, including demonstrated familiarity with numpy and matplotlib libraries for data processing and visualization.

· Experience in analyzing large data sets using Spotfire or similar data analysis software. Good understanding of statistical data analysis and DoE.

· Ability to interface to digital control (SCAN testing, STIL files, SPI).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- FPGA experience preferred but not required

-Experience in developing UIs with PyQt preferred but not required.
