Veeva CRM BA

A midsize pharma is seeking Veeva CRM BA within their Commercial IT organization to optimize field workflows, reduce administrative burden, improve reporting usability, and support enhancements within the Veeva CRM ecosystem. This role partners closely with commercial stakeholders, field teams, and IT to define requirements, drive process improvements, and execute on a prioritized roadmap.

What You’ll Do
• Lead discovery sessions, document business processes, create as is/to be workflows, and gather detailed requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and own UAT planning/execution.
• Define future state field processes within Veeva CRM and drive alignment across commercial teams.
• Collaborate with IT, business partners, and Veeva/vendor teams on configuration and CRM enhancements (no custom code).
• Partner with analytics teams to support reporting improvements; create mockups/wireframes as needed.
• Maintain documentation in Confluence/Lucid and track progress across initiatives.


Payrate - $80-90hr

• 7–10+ years as a Business Analyst, with recent life sciences and Veeva CRM experience
• Exposure to Power BI or commercial analytics.
• Strong process and requirements background: BRDs/FRDs, user stories, JIRA, mapping, UAT leadership.
• Hands on experience in commercial pharma or supporting field teams.

• Worked at a large pharma before
• Familiarity with their commercial environment.
• Broader Veeva ecosystem understanding (CRM configuration, adjacent modules).
• Strong facilitation and change management skills; ability to “push back” constructively.
