Senior Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager within Investments & Operations. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of a defined investment and operations initiative within a broader, multi-year program. The position focuses on the implementation of a centralized reference and master data platform supporting security, issuer, and pricing data within an asset management environment. Operating under the governance of a Program Manager, the role drives detailed planning, scope management, milestone tracking, and issue resolution while ensuring alignment with program-level objectives and dependencies. The Senior Project Manager coordinates cross-functional workstreams across Investment Operations, Data Management, Technology, and external vendors throughout design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization phases, including parallel-state execution and legacy platform decommissioning. The role supports change management and stakeholder readiness efforts, delivers regular status reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders, facilitates working sessions and project meetings, and maintains comprehensive project documentation using PMO standards and tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. This position is onsite in Boston or Milwaukee 4 days a week with compensation ranging from $60-70/hr.

• 7+ years of project management experience within asset management or financial services
• Demonstrated experience delivering investment operations, data, or reference data initiatives
• Working knowledge of security, benchmark, issuer, and pricing data and how these domains support front-, middle-, and back-office processes
• Experience working with Confluence and JIRA tools
Experience implementing or supporting security master / reference data platforms
• Familiarity with GoldenSource (or comparable investment data management platforms)
• Experience coordinating vendor-led implementations
