Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Quality Engineer to support one of our large consulting clients. This role will be supporting cutting-edge projects within the AI space, and sitting remotely in Europe.
Day-to-Day
-Design and execute test strategies for AI-driven features including LLM outputs, prompt validation, and hallucination detection
-Build and maintain automated end-to-end test suites using modern frameworks and AI-assisted tooling
-Develop reusable API and backend test automation using tools such as Postman and Python
-Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate test creation and improve coverage across applications
-Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality and early defect detection
-Partner with engineering, product, and QA teams to align on quality strategy and delivery goals
-Expand automation coverage across web and mobile platforms to ensure consistent product quality
-Communicate quality metrics, risks, and progress clearly to both technical and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
-Hands-on experience testing AI/LLM-driven applications including prompt testing, response validation, and output evaluation
-Strong experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks (UI + API)
-Proficiency in Python for test automation and scripting
-Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and integration into CI/CD pipelines
-Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance engineering productivity
-Familiarity with agile development environments and participation in sprint ceremonies
-Strong understanding of quality engineering principles across modern software development lifecycles
-Ability to communicate quality risks, testing strategies, and progress effectively to cross-functional stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks (e.g., prompt testing, regression testing, benchmarking)
-Experience with modern browser automation tools and AI-assisted testing frameworks
-Exposure to mobile test automation (iOS/Android)
-Experience contributing to QA maturity improvements and implementing scalable testing practices
-Exposure to AI-first development environments and continuous quality practices embedded across the SDLC
