Job Description

CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH

A law firm in the North East area is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their growing firm. This person will sit in their Massachusetts office 4x a week. They will be supporting 4 partners, and handle their calendars, books, expenses, binders, filing, and more. This individual will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, help with IT issues, travel, follow-up requests (meetings, materials, deliverables, etc.), and prepare schedules, agendas, and meeting materials.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Bachelors' Degree
2. 5+ years' supporting AmLaw 100 firms
3. E-filing experience
4. Experience supporting multiple attorneys at once
