Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an HIM Chart Analyst who will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing patient medical records for completeness following hospital discharges. This role works closely with providers to resolve documentation deficiencies, manages multiple Epic work queues, and ensures timely chart completion in accordance with hospital and medical staff requirements.

2 years previous experience in a hospital HIM Department with additional experience in quality analysis or similar function
