Hybrid: On-site Tuesdays and Wednesdays
The Senior Financial Analyst supports the financial management of sponsored research awards, working closely with Principal Investigators (PIs), research leadership, and administrative teams to ensure proper accounting, compliance, and use of funds throughout the post-award lifecycle. They will be responsible for managing a portfolio, presenting monthly findings, and performing account reconciliations to ensure compliance.

Prior experience in healthcare
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2+ years of post-award experience
Experience supporting research or academic medical center environments
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to work effectively with strong personalities / senior stakeholders (PIs)
