Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to support a large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure upgrade for a major telecom client. This individual will play a key role onsite at a high-profile switching facility, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) workstreams while ensuring safe and timely project execution.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong field presence, leadership, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day field operations across MEP trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and tradespeople (up to a dozen workers onsite at a time)
• Lead field execution for infrastructure upgrades within a mission-critical telecom/data center environment
• Interpret and work from construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure alignment with construction timelines
• Serve as the onsite point of contact between internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
• Utilize Procore (or similar construction management systems) for documentation, tracking, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including OSHA regulations and site-specific requirements
Support commissioning readiness and overall project delivery execution

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in construction, with strong field-based project management or APM experience
- Experience working with MEP trades
- Background supporting data centers, telecom, or mission-critical facilities
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades onsite
