Job Description
My client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in the DMV area. Their day to day responsibilities will include overseeing the day to day operations of multi-family renovation projects by leading and supporting superintendents and site supervisors. They will also ensure projects are completed on schedule and on budget and conduct regular site visits to monitor progress. These projects are all exterior focused (painting, roofing, siding replacement, etc)

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years experience in construction operations
- proven expertise in multifamily residential renovation projects (exterior focused - painting, siding replacement, roofing replacement) - RENOVATION projects not new build experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
OSHA 30 certification or higher
Bachelors Degree
