Job Description
Insight Global Health is seeking a highly detail-oriented Hospice Audit Specialist to support Continuing Stay Reviews (CSRs) and related hospice audit and revenue-cycle activities. This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate documentation submissions and ongoing compliance with hospice regulatory requirements. The position sits within an administrative support function and offers meaningful exposure to audits, compliance, and revenue integrity.

Required Skills & Experience
Audit / ADR / compliance exposure (Medicare + Medicaid)
Experience working in Smartsheet, especially alert‑driven workflows
Hospice experience
Extremely detail-oriented & deadline-driven
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Comfortable managing high-volume documentation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with WellSky and/or MatrixCare
Prior use of Telligen / Telegen for Continuing Stay Reviews (CSRs)
Familiarity with hospice billing platforms such as CGS/BGS and Inovalon
Comfort navigating multiple EMR and billing systems simultaneously
