Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Paint Technician to join nVent’s manufacturing team in Millington, MD. This role will support the finishing process by applying paint and powder coatings to metal components, ensuring high-quality production standards in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications

Experience in painting, powder coating, or manufacturing/production environments
Ability to work with hand tools and coating equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
Ability to follow SOPs and production schedules

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to Have Skills

Previous powder coating experience
Experience working with metal fabrication or industrial parts
Familiarity with coating thickness standards and quality inspection
Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
