Job Description

Insight Global is actively hiring for a full‑time Delivery Driver. This position is not strictly a driving role—candidates can expect a balanced mix of on‑the‑road driving and onsite warehouse/shipping support. Drivers will spend part of the week making local and regional deliveries, while the remaining time will be spent onsite assisting with packing, unloading, shipping coordination, and moving materials between buildings. This is a hands‑on, team‑based role with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and supporting daily operations.

Required Skills & Experience

-Clean driving record (no serious speeding violations)
-Must pass drug test & background check
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs
-Will obtain DOT card (nvent will give it to them)
- Reliable, flexible, team‑oriented
- No education or years‑of‑experience requirement

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, or distribution environment
- Experience supporting both driving and onsite operations (hybrid roles)
- Familiarity with shipping/logistics processes (labels, packing, staging)
- Experience loading and securing trucks properly
Comfort working in a safety‑focused manufacturing or industrial setting
- Experience assisting with inventory movement or building‑to‑building deliveries
- Previous use of handheld scanners, WMS, or shipping systems
- Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification a plus, not required)
- DOT card already obtained (or experience obtaining one)
- Flexible attitude toward overtime and varied daily tasks
- Strong sense of reliability, punctuality, and teamwork
