Job Description

Day-To-Day:
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Program Manager to support a large program for an international customer. They will be responsible for improving processes within the assembly of the full life cycle of the product. They will work with the various teams involved in creating the product to ensure processes are met without issue. They will communicate and deliver updates to the customer based on findings from the shop. They will act as a facilitator to all internal teams.


Compensation:

$88k to $ 141k per year annual salary.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:

- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years of experience with manufacturing processes
- Exposure to the full life cycle of assembly based manufacturing
o Experience seeing production from day 1 through sale
- Experience improving manufacturing processes
o Must work with actual product
- Understanding the whole product cycle not just manufacturing, but also supply chain (managing supply chain or supplier)
- Experience acting as facilitator in shop to solve problems with all groups
- Experience delivering a product to a customer
o Experience interfacing with customers
- Experience working in risk management; identifying and mitigating problems within the assembly process

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
