Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

10-15 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, supporting the federal government

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data

Bid and proposal experience

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships
