Job Description
My client, a federally focused research and consulting firm, is seeking a chemical production engineer with a specialty in gun propellant to join their team supporting the Navy in Indian Head, Maryland. Their day to day responsibilities will include researching, developing, formulating, and manufacturing gun propellant (single base, double base, triple base, nitramine, etc.) - this candidate will perform all aspects of engineering duties, perform engineering calculations, analyze existing or planned equipment for optimization, and performing market research.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (relevant experience can supplement)
-3+ years experience working with gun-propellant formulation
-Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
