Job Description
A large company that specializes in industrial automation is seeking a Project Manager to support and optimize project execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in solving complex, undefined problems and driving efficiency across systems, workflows, and cross-functional teams. The project manager will play a key role in improving processes while supporting engineering and project management teams involved in the design, build, and deployment of conveyor systems and other industrial machinery.
Compensation:
$90,000 to $100,000 per year annual salary (+ bonuses).
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, or relevant field (Biased towards someone from an engineering background)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and optimize processes
- Working knowledge of project management concepts, practices, and procedures
- Must be process oriented with the aptitude to problem solve
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to capture processes, solutions, and lessons learned
- Experience with industrial machinery or equipment that is physically designed, built, and deployed (conveyor systems clearly preferred)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experiencing working with Oracle (sales order demand, project setup, or operational workflows)
- Experience supporting R&D builds, pilot projects, or first-time equipment implementations
- Background working for an integrator, or experience in industrial environments such as construction, mechanical systems, or manufacturing
