Job Description

- We are seeking an Engineer with hands-on development experience in Infor HCM (Human Capital Management and Payroll).
-The Senior Engineer will work on Payroll interface solutions from Infor GHR (as an emerging software technology) to Mainframe EMIS (Payroll Application).
-Majority of time will be spent on supporting Human Resources Information System (HRIS) batch interfaces.
-Implementation and Configuration: Lead the configuration, customization, and setup of Infor GHR Cloud Suite products, managing HR processes from employee hire to payroll.
-System Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting support for the Infor GHR Cloud Suite platform, ensuring seamless system operation.
-User Security Experience: Hands-on experience in managing Infor User Security settings and access controls for Payroll team for system and data integrity between HRIS and Payroll.
-LPL Customization: Skilled in developing and customizing forms using LPL and managing action requests to optimize system workflows batch processing for payroll interface.
-Process Server and Async Admin Experience: Expertise in configuring and managing Process Server and Async Admin within the Infor Cloud Suite environment.
-Development Expertise: Strong development experience with LPL, Data Lake, ION, API Gateway, BODs, and Data Fabric, driving system enhancements across the board between HRIS and other systems.
-Integration Knowledge: Proficient in Infor Process Flows, Approval Matrix, and Inbasket Approvals, optimizing workflows for business operations.
-Data Models and Asynchronous Processes: In-depth knowledge of data models and managing asynchronous processes to ensure seamless integration with external systems.
-System Maintenance and User Support: Provide continuous system maintenance, technical support, and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
-Subject Matter Expert Role: Act as the SME for Infor Cloud Suite systems, offering expert guidance on system functionality, integration, and best practices in HRIS and Payroll.

Required Skills & Experience

-8+ Years Infor CloudSuite Experience: Over 8 years of experience in implementing and utilizing Infor Cloud Suite products to meet diverse organizational needs.
-5+ years of experience supporting Interfaces to Payroll or other HR applications.
-ERP experience with core Infor Human Capital Management applications (GHR) Infor Payroll.
-Working knowledge of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, construction, testing, and deployment.
-Prior experience with JAVA/.NET and JavaScript (preferred).
-Strong functional and technical background.
-Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer focus skills.
