Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Audio Inventory Controls Specialist. This person will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory for an audio encoder and monitoring equipment. This includes receiving and tracking equipment, performing cycle counts, overseeing deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting procurement forecasts. In addition to inventory management, this role is hands-on with equipment—configuring, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and shipping hardware. This specialist will serve as the technical expert for encoding products and the primary point of contact for equipment shipment processing and inventory control.

Required Skills & Experience
Certification or degree in electronics/computer technician
Experience with managing, receiving, and maintaining inventory of technical equipment
Prepare and test audio hardware to ensure accurate and reliable field performance
Receive equipment and maintain real‑time inventory status, including quantities, locations, and operability
Program, configure, and ship equipment based on client needs
Install firmware, configure device settings, and perform basic electronic component replacements
Monitor ticket queues daily and respond quickly to alerts and issues
Experience with software's like Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Strong QA and shipping procedure knowledge
Great attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Warehouse and audio media industry experience
