Job Description
NO on call, NO weekends
An expanding outpatient medical practice is adding a Physical Therapist to support a growing patient volume and to launch a brand‑new clinic opening later this year. You will begin at the Greenbelt location, training alongside a seasoned Senior PT and collaborating with a team of 13 physicians who generate a steady, internal referral pipeline. By September, you will transition as the first/lead Physical Therapist at the new Camp Springs facility, where you’ll have autonomy to design treatment programs, implement processes, and shape the clinical environment without micromanagement.
You will treat an average of 15 patients per day (primarily adult outpatient cases such as low back pain, knee pain, and mobility conditions). Therapists have full flexibility regarding treatment methodology—exercise-based, manual therapy, or blended—using a standard equipment template and the freedom to create their own programs within state protocols. EMR scheduling is structured so notes can be completed before the end of the day, eliminating after-hours documentation.
This role is ideal for someone looking for long‑term advancement, major autonomy, and the ability to build and lead a clinic as it grows. Billing transitions under the therapist within approximately two months, and early start options are available to train directly under the current PT for a smooth handoff. The company is expanding quickly and promotes internally, offering a clear path toward lead or director-level responsibilities.
We believe patients come first, and are the driving force behind our passion and what has helped us become one of the top picks for physical therapy in the area. Hours are 8-5 Monday - Friday (NO on call, NO weekends)
