Job Description

The Superintendent will oversee daily construction operations, subcontractor management, site safety, quality control, and project execution for this healthcare-related federal renovation project. This individual will serve as a key leader onsite and work closely with project management and client stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Required Skills & Experience

• Associate's degree in a related field
• 10+ years of relevant construction experience
• 5+ years of supervisory experience managing field teams
• Experience working on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects
• Government contracting experience
• General construction experience involving medical repair and renewal projects within healthcare facilities
• Ability to pass the USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors course
Strong experience managing subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality on complex renovation projects

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• ASHE Health Care Construction (HCC) Certification
• Additional healthcare construction experience
• Experience on occupied healthcare or mission-critical facilities
• Familiarity with renovation and building envelope replacement projects
• Experience managing federal projects valued at $20M+
