Insight Global is seeking an Epic Rehab Consultant to support a large‑scale Epic Rehab module implementation for a major healthcare system. This consultant will lead build and configuration efforts, partner closely with clinical and operational stakeholders, and mentor an internal team member throughout the project. The ideal candidate brings strong Epic Rehab expertise, confidence owning implementation workstreams, and experience supporting go‑live through post‑implementation handoff. This role is critical to a high‑visibility project kicking off in early June.
Day-to-Day
• Lead Epic Rehab build, configuration, testing, and validation
• Serve as primary Rehab consultant on the inpatient side for the implementation (have already placed an outpatient counterpart)
• Mentor and knowledge‑share
• Participate in:
○ Weekly project meetings
○ Workgroup sessions with operational leaders
○ Internal IS&T build collaboration meetings
• Execute work according to the project timeline
• Support go‑live, command center, and post go‑live stabilization
Complete handoff and knowledge transfer to support teams

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves
• Epic Rehab module implementation experience
• Epic ClinDoc certification
• 5+ years of Epic implementation experience (ambulatory or inpatient)
• Rehab SME with strong understanding of PT / OT / SLP workflows
Ability to independently own build and communicate confidently with operational and technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses
• Epic Ambulatory certification
• Outpatient Epic Rehab Knowledge Track on the Epic Userweb
• Experience mentoring or training during implementations
• Background working within large, complex health systems
Go‑live and command center support experience
