Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Superintendent for a top concrete construction client. This candidate will serve as the field leader responsible for planning and executing commercial and industrial concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate will partner closely with operations teams to develop project strategies, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure successful execution in the field. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong self-perform concrete experience who can drive safety, productivity, schedule adherence, and overall project success while managing high-performing project teams.
Day-to-Day:
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans
• Collaborate with operations teams during turnover and planning phases
• Review project information to identify obstacles and opportunities
• Prepare project teams for successful execution
• Generate and review T&Q reports and project performance metrics
• Track timesheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/sign-out documentation
• Monitor project execution against established goals
• Adjust project strategies to maintain schedule and production targets
• Ensure project team alignment and field awareness
• Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
• 5+ years of progressive project execution experience with a large-scale self-perform GC or concrete contractor
• Self-perform concrete construction experience required
• Experience leading commercial and industrial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices
• Experience on projects exceeding $500K
• Proven leadership experience managing field teams and driving project results
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
