Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Operations Analyst to support a commercial client of ours on a hybrid schedule in Baltimore, MD. This analyst will be part of the Enrollments, Settlements, and Payments team who will be considered a subject matter expert in the market(s) they support.

Compensation:
70-85K

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

• BS or BA degree in business related field such as Marketing, Finance, Management, Engineering, or Economics
• 2-3 years of experience working within operations, utilities, energy, or finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Experience working hands on with data, not just the visualization of it
• Strong communication: needs to be about to speak/report confidently up to the executive level

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• A master's degree
• SQL experience
• Energy related experience
• Power BI & Power query
• Has worked with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
