Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who brings a strong industrial maintenance background and a safety-first mindset. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead skilled trades responsible for keeping a large, industrial food manufacturing facility running safely and reliably. This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll guide maintenance technicians, prioritize work, and ensure critical equipment is repaired correctly and efficiently in a 24/7 refinery environment. You will assign and oversee daily maintenance work, including preventive and corrective repairs. You’ll also troubleshoot equipment issues and coach technicians through complex repairs

Required Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of Mechanical systems with respect to rotating and fixed equipment is required
• Must be familiar with Non-Destructive Testing methods
• 5yrs related experience in a Maintenance role
• Three years of maintenance supervisory experience
• Prior work experience in a machine shop and equipment garage environment
• Experience overseeing a team of maintenance technicians
• Experience working with heavy industrial refinery assets
o including pumps
o centrifuges
o conveyors
o rotating equipment
o piping, welding/fabrication
